Pampered Turtle Spa – Booking & Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change, and I strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness and manage my schedule effectively, I ask that we all adhere to the following booking and cancellation policy:

1. Booking Fee

All appointments require 100% payment in advance to secure your booking.

This payment is non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule with sufficient notice.*

Payment details will be provided separately upon booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation or Rescheduling

More than 48 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If rescheduled within this period, your booking fee will be applied to your new appointment.

Less than 48 Hours: Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will require full payment of the scheduled service.

3. Frequent Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients who cancel or reschedule more than twice within a three-month period will be required to pay the full amount of future appointments in advance.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled at full charge.

5. Salon Cancellations

In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be fully transferred to your next booking.

6. Payment for Returning Clients

New clients must pay 100% upfront to secure their first booking.

Returning clients who rebook at the end of their appointment will receive a reminder one week before their next appointment.

To confirm the booking, full payment will be required at that time. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the reminder, the appointment may be cancelled and offered to another client.

7. Aftercare & Satisfaction Guarantee

Please follow the aftercare advice provided during your appointment to ensure the best results.

If you have any issues or are dissatisfied with your service, please let me know during your appointment. I am here to make it right!

8. Nail Fixes

If you require a nail fix within one week of your appointment, and if slots are available, this service will be offered at £5 per nail.

9. Appointment Reminders

A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment via our booking system.

Please note that this is a courtesy reminder, and our cancellation policy still applies.
